Shipping policy
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipments may incur import fees, customs duties, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country.
Any import fees or taxes are the customer's responsibility.
To determine the final duties and taxes, please refer to the FedEx website: FedEx Ancillary Clearance Service
Please note:
- FedEx does not operate in certain countries due to aviation security regulations and other legal restrictions.
- Some countries—particularly Europe and GCC regions—may require customer identification documents for customs clearance. If this applies to your shipment, our team will contact you by email to request the necessary information.
-
Important note
Effective August 29, 2025, at 12:01 a.m. EDT, the duty-free de minimis exemption treatment for commercial shipments to the U.S. with a value at or below US$800, and that would otherwise qualify for the de minimis exemption will be removed, regardless of the country of origin of the products.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
