Delivery & Store Pick-Up
Dubai Deliveries
- All transactions are processed through card payment only.
- Free shipping on orders AED 500 and above — delivered within 24 hours or the next day.
- Orders below AED 500 incur a AED 25 delivery fee, with delivery in 2–3 business days.
- Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will be delivered the next day.
- Delivery timings: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
- No deliveries on Sundays or Public Holidays.
- Deliveries are handled by our own friendly Hamac Drivers.
Abu Dhabi Deliveries
- All transactions are processed through card payment only.
- Free shipping on orders AED 1,000 and above — delivered within 48–72 hours.
- Orders below AED 1,000 incur a minimum AED 40 delivery fee, with delivery in 2–3 business days.
- All orders are delivered through our partner courier FedEx — a tracking number will be provided.
International & GCC Deliveries
- All transactions are processed through card payment only.
- Delivery fees are applied at checkout.
- We ship internationally; however, some countries may have restrictions that prevent delivery. Please refer to the FedEx website for detailed terms and conditions.
- Hamac is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged upon arrival. These charges vary by country — please refer to the FedEx website for further information.
- FedEx is our primary international courier partner. For more information on customs duties or taxes, visit FedEx.com.
- All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once checkout is completed.
Store Pick-Up
- You will receive an SMS and/or email notification once your order is prepared for pickup.
- Orders will be ready for collection within 24 hours, excluding holidays and Sundays.
- When collecting your order, please provide your confirmation details and present a valid ID at the Hamac Dubai Mall store.
