HAMAC offers returns for store credits or exchange free of charge*. You must request your exchange or return within 7 days from delivery of your order. You can only exchange your item or return it for store credits. Store credits will be issued within 2 to 3 business days upon receiving the returned items.
Items marked on more than 20% sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
NOTE: we do not offer refunds (in money). We can only issue store credits for your item. Please note we only accept returns or exchanges within 7 days from delivery of your order.
*For ecological reasons only 1 return or exchange per order is free of charge.
We will only exchange when items are unused, with sanitary stickers (applicable for swimwear only) and original tags in place. Please take care to preserve any other product packaging. There will be no exchange on hats and jewelry. Returns that include any of the items that are not subject to return or exchange, that have not the required labels, sanitary stickers or is damaged or soiled, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer and/or refund will be refused.
Please try bikini bottoms and one-pieces on over your underwear.
DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE ITEMS
Contact us as soon as possible, within 7 days from delivery of your order, on firstname.lastname@example.org if any of your items have been delivered without tags or sanitary labels in place, your product(s) has a manufacturing defect, goods are damaged, or the order was not correctly fulfilled.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Items can be returned or exchanged by contacting us through email@example.com. Please mention your order number, name and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. We will reply you within 24 to 48 hours. Please note we only accept returns or exchanges within 7 days from delivery of your order & within domestic order ( within UAE ONLY).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR LOCAL PICKUP FROM THE STORE
- Your items will be ready for pickup 24 hours after order confirmation.
- You will receive an email/SMS notification when your pickup is ready.
- Please provide order confirmation details and any ID when collecting at the store.
- To exchange/return items from your order, follow the below:
- Items for exchange/return must be unused, untampered, with original tags and packaging.
- Only the eligible items from your order can be exchanged/returned.
- Personalized or customized items are excluded.
- Exchange depends on item availability.
- For higher-value exchanges, you will need to pay the price difference.
- Lower-value exchanges or returns of items offer store credit, not cash refunds.
- To cancel your entire order/pickup, follow the below:
- Orders or pickups can be canceled within 24 hours of order placement.
- To cancel beyond this timeframe, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
- Please note that processed personalized or customized items might not be cancelable.
- Refunds for canceled orders or pickups will be processed within 7 business days or can be converted to store credit.
